Biden: Voters must elect 'pro-choice' lawmakers to counter Supreme Court on Roe


President Joe Biden said the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade should motivate “voters to elect pro-choice officials” in the midterm elections.

Biden’s comments come after a leaked draft opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito indicated the Supreme Court will side with Mississippi in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case.
