WATCH: Trump-Hating Prosecutor Asked One Simple Question, Pleads The Fifth


This is very telling indeed, everyone has the right against self-incrimination, but simple questions require simple answers.

During a deposition provided to the House Judiciary Committee in 2023, Trump-hating prosecutor Mark Pomerantz was asked one simple question.

Rep. Matt Gaetz asked Pomerantz squarely: “Did you knowingly break any laws when investigating President Trump?”

It was then that Pomerantz invoked his Fifth Amendment rights, but why wouldn’t he answer that simple question?

This reminds me of that time the FBI couldn’t answer if there were undercover FBI agitators present at the January 6th protests. On Tuesday, the House Judiciary GOP wrote:
