XRP Leads the Major-Coin Rebound as Bitcoin Retakes $77,500

XRP moved to the front of the major-coin pack Thursday as Bitcoin climbed back above $77,500 and the broader crypto market found its footing.

CoinDesk says the rebound arrived as expectations for another Federal Reserve rate increase fell to 62%, easing one source of pressure on risk assets. XRP outpaced the other majors while Bitcoin recovered the level traders had been watching after its recent slide.

The move put XRP’s relative strength beside a firmer Bitcoin tape instead of leaving it as an isolated altcoin bounce. That distinction matters because sustained major-coin rallies usually need Bitcoin to hold the market floor.
