Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Charles Q. Brown are testifying before the Senate Appropriations Committee about the Defense Department‘s fiscal 2025 budget requests. They may also face questioning about the latest updates on the Israel-Hamas war, since Israel launched their operation in Rafah.

The hearing is expected to begin at 10:00 a.m. EDT from Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
