Walz on Meeting with Tom Homan: ‘There Was a Tone Shift,’ ‘It Was Progress’

Tuesday on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360,” Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) said “there was a tone shift” during his meeting with border czar Tom Homan.
