UPDATE: South Carolina Governor to Call Special Session on Redistricting

On Tuesday, redistricting efforts in South Carolina were tanked by a group of RINOs in the state Senate.

The South Carolina House had passed a new congressional map that would eliminate the state’s only Democrat district, giving Republicans a big boost ahead of midterms.

However, five Republican state senators voted against extending a legislative session to consider the new map.
