UPDATE: Authorities Identify Suspect in Louisiana Mall Sh**ting That Claimed Teen Girl’s Life

On Thursday, six people were injured in a horrific mass shooting that took place at a mall in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

17-year-old Markel Lee has been arrested in connection with the shooting.

Authorities say he turned himself in.

Police are currently searching for additional suspects.

Sadly, one of the victims injured in yesterday’s shooting has passed away.

She was identified as 17-year-old Martha Odom, a student at Ascension Episcopal School in the nearby town of Lafayette.
