Trump Rips Supreme Court Over Mail-In Ballot Ruling

President Donald Trump sharply criticized the U.S. Supreme Court, calling a series of its recent decisions a major setback for the country and accusing the justices of failing to protect what he described as America’s interests.

In a lengthy statement, Trump focused on the Court’s rulings involving mail-in voting, tariffs and birthright citizenship. He said the decisions represented a significant loss for Republicans and warned that the ruling on mail-in voting would make what he characterized as election cheating easier. Trump also praised Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas for dissenting from what he called a “horrible” ruling.
