For generations, the Democratic Party has taken Black voters for granted. As November’s election approaches, however, it’s clear that Joe Biden won’t have the near-universal support of this voting bloc that his party has typically enjoyed.
That’s due in part to Biden’s undeniable incompetence, but it’s also a sign of a more fundamental shift. At least that’s what Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) said in a conversation about the ridicule he received from co-hosts of ABC’s “The View.”
