Yes, that vote even included supposed “anti-war’ champions such as Kentucky Senator Rand Paul and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.
However, there’s one problem with this resolution. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is opposing this push to designate Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism.
Press TV reported that Blinken “responded noncommittally to the request, saying any decision must be based on existing legal definitions.”
