Ron DeSantis Asked If He Regrets Running For President In 2024

In an interview with podcaster Julio Rosas, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was asked if he regrets his 2024 presidential campaign.

“At the time remember, a lot of the people that have criticized me for running privately asked me to run cause they didn’t think President Trump could win again. And there was reasons to do that,” DeSantis said.

“But what I offer was nobody has been able to take an electorate that was 50/50 and turn it decisively red better than what we’ve done in Florida. Nobody has ever been able to neuter the left better than what we’ve done in Florida,” he continued.
