The Trump DOJ is bringing charges against several left-wing agitators who stormed a church in Minneapolis on Sunday.

After news broke that the prominent leaders of the church attack were getting arrested, many folks wondered why Don Lemon wasn’t among them.

Now, we have the answer.

As it turns out, the DOJ tried to bring charges against ex-CNN anchor Don Lemon today, but a rogue federal magistrate judge rejected the bid.

As you probably recall, Don Lemon personally harassed the pastor of the Minneapolis church on Sunday.
