
A two-time Grammy winner known for his comedic take on country music is reportedly on the mend after sustaining serious injuries in a recent fall.
Ray Stevens, who sung classics like “The Streak” and “Guitarzan,” sustained a broken neck but has since been released from the hospital, according to a statement.
Page Six offered additional details:
Stevens, 87, is in recovery and has been advised by doctors to wear a neck brace for “approximately four weeks.”

The Grammy winner fell on Sunday, according to a press release obtained by Page Six.
“Despite the injury, he remains fully mobile and in good spirits as he continues his recovery,” the release continued.
