Israeli authorities have reported they are unclear why the Pentagon leaked information regarding Israel’s attack on Iran to the American media.
In a statement moments after the attack, Israeli governmental sources told the Jeuselom post, “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. Israel retaliated where they were attacked.”
The source, however, was unsure why the U.S. DoD leaked the plans of Israel’s attack after it occurred and believed the leak would leave Iran with no choice but to retaliate to not be seen as weak.
