45-year-old Latosha Ann Cooper was shot multiple times by a man who approached her in the parking lot of a Pennsylvania Walmart last Wednesday.
Officers with the Cheltenham Township Police Department were called to the scene at about 11:30 p.m. and found her with gunshot injuries. She was declared dead at the scene.
Friends and co-workers told detectives that the marriage was only so that Jean Louis could obtain legal status.

Surveillance video captured a man waiting near a bush at the entrance of the store in Cheltenham.
Cooper, a Walmart employee, had walked out of the store with a co-worker after their shift and was having a conversation before the masked man shot her and fled.
