Gavin Newsom’s sad two-faced campaign

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) is going to run for president in 2028. He is trying to run a two-faced campaign where he portrays himself as the obnoxious leftwing agitator to Democrats and the sensible, cordial, moderate voice to everyone else.

Newsom was confronted by conservative pundit Ben Shapiro about his press office calling the ICE shooting in Minneapolis “state-sponsored terrorism.” This is irresponsible, inflammatory rhetoric that puts ICE agents (and other law enforcement officers) in danger, over a justified shooting that only happened because a belligerent activist interfered with ICE operations and then hit an ICE officer with her car.
