‘F**k You, Democrat Party’: After Ditching Swalwell, Billionaire Donor Says He’s Switching Parties

Stephen Cloobeck, the billionaire benefactor who severed ties with Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) after recent allegations of sexual misconduct.

Not only did Cloobeck publicly disavow Swalwell, who has since announced his resignation from Congress and the suspension of his gubernatorial bid, but he also booted the disgraced lawmaker from his California mansion.

After witnessing the ordeal, the Diamond Resorts founder determined that the problem goes deeper than Swalwell.

“I am no longer supporting Eric. F—ing tell everyone I’m a libertarian. F— you, Democrat Party. I’m a libertarian now,” Cloobeck told the Post.

“I am now a Republican,” he added to Fox 11 LA.
