The FBI should have been investigating Comey. Instead, it carried on his treason – proof of just how deeply and irretrievably broken the agency had become.
Comey’s was indicted on two federal counts of making false statements and obstructing Congress regarding his 2020 testimony on media leaks. He “willfully and knowingly” lied during a September 30, 2020, Senate Judiciary Committee hearing by stating he never authorized anyone at the FBI to serve as an anonymous source for news reports about sensitive investigations.
Furthermore, he knowingly and willfully made a threat to take the life of, and to inflict bodily harm upon, the President of the United States;
He knowingly and willfully did transmit in interstate and foreign commerce a communication that contained a threat
