The DOJ is pursuing more charges against James Comey.
This time, it is over, allegedly leaking classified information.
According to Bloomberg Law, “The investigation is tied to his dissemination of documents to Columbia University Law Professor Daniel Richman, the individuals added.”
It is unclear whether or not the indictment will be presented in front of a grand jury in Eastern Virginia or New York.
The Justice Department is pursuing additional charges against James Comey for allegedly leaking classified information, after the former FBI director’s unrelated indictment this week in North Carolina, said two people familiar with the matter.
