Democratic lawmakers and officials around the country are so desperate to disarm law-abiding Americans, they are now going after some toy guns.
With the backing of the March for Our Lives Foundation and the eponymous gun-grabber activist group of former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.), Democratic Rep. Kevin Mullin (Calif.) introduced legislation last week targeting certain air guns.

Federal law currently defines the term “firearm” as “(A) any weapon (including a starter gun) which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive; (B) the frame or receiver of any such weapon; (C) any firearm muffler or firearm silencer; or (D) any destructive device.”
