Dem Rep. Ruiz: ‘We Need to Dismantle ICE’

On Wednesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “The Story Is,” Rep. Raul Ruiz (D-CA) said that “we need to dismantle ICE in order to ensure that people’s rights are protected and that people are able to live with human dignity.”
