Dem. Rep. Crow: Trump ‘Is in Chapter One of the Autocrat’s Playbook’

Friday on CNN’s “The Arena,” Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO) said President Donald Trump was “in chapter one of the autocrat’s playbook.”
