Costco Faces Lawsuit Over Popular Food Item


Warehouse retailer Costco faces a class-action lawsuit over its Kirkland Signature Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken.

The lawsuit alleges that Costco falsely advertised the popular food item as containing no preservatives.

Costco is being sued over their $5 rotisserie chicken

Turns out the chicken contains sodium phosphate and carrageenan – both function as preservatives
