The trend of notable figures dying in plane crashes has unfortunately continued.
A congressman in Colombia was killed in a plane crash shortly after his plane took off from a Colombian airport.
Before the plane that the congressman was in crashed, it vanished and was unable to be communicated with by local air traffic controllers.

A plane carrying 15 people including a congressman has crashed in Colombia killing everyone onboard.
Just 12 minutes after take-off, authorities lost all communication with Satena Airlines Flight HK4709, which had two crew and 13 passengers onboard.
