Okay folks, it looks like House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik from New York is calling Jack Smith out.
She accused him of breaking Department of Justice rules and interfering with 2024 election.
Her filing is basically all about pushing the DOJ into looking into Smith’s actions.

According to Stefanik, Smith was way too eager to get Trump’s January 6th case to trial, breaking all kinds of Justice Department guidelines.
