Biden warns Wisconsin voters ‘Trump means what he says’


RACINE, Wisconsin — President Joe Biden issued a warning about former President Donald Trump during a Wisconsin campaign stop held to engage black voters and underscore the high stakes of November’s general election.

“I really think democracy is at stake here — not a joke,” Biden told a crowd Wednesday at a Racine community center.

“Trump means what he says,” he said to the group of roughly 100 people, adding that the former president and presumptive Republican nominee would undermine his accomplishments.
