Biden jokes about himself and Trump at White House Correspondents’ Dinner


President Joe Biden cracked jokes about himself and former President Donald Trump on Saturday night at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, acknowledging that “Yes, age is an issue” in the pair’s general election rematch in November.

“I’m a grown man running against a 6-year-old,” Biden said, taking a shot at his opponent before turning it back on himself. “Well, I feel great. I really feel great. I’m campaigning all over the country: Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina. I’ve always done well in the original 13 colonies.”

Biden, 81, continued to embrace his age, roping Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels into one of his jokes.
