Former American Idol contestant and Grammy-winning singer Mandisa has died at the age of 47.
A representative of Mandisa stated the award-winning gospel singer was found dead inside her home on Thursday.
She was found dead inside her home in Nashville, Tennessee.

The representative did not give a cause of death and stated, “At this time, we do not know the cause of death or any further details.”
