It looks like Wisconsin is willing to do a recount but there’s a catch though.
President Trump must pay 7.9 million dollars by Wednesday in order to have an official recount in the state of Wisconsin.
According to Wisconsin law, any “losing” candidate who is within 1 point of the winner can request a recount.
Trump was officially behind Biden by just .6 points so he qualifies for a recount.
If the state of Wisconsin did its job in the first place to try to prevent voter fraud, Trump wouldn’t have to pay the 7.9 million but that would be too much to ask from their Democratic governor.
If Trump wants a recount in Wisconsin it will cost him $7.9 million and the bill is due by 5 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday. https://t.co/lRpQbRTMvc
