A survivor of the Wisconsin casino shooting that killed two employees is recovering after he underwent emergency surgery to have his “jaw wired shut,” his family said
Dan “Danny” Mulligan was working at the Duck Creek Kitchen and Bar inside the Oneida Casino in Green Bay when the gunman opened fire on Saturday night, the Green Bay Gazette reported.
“We are all so thankful he’s alive. We didn’t know if he was most of the night. It’s horrific,” his sister, Caitlin Mulligan, told the paper on Sunday night.
Caitlin said that her brother is in stable condition after being airlifted to a Milwaukee hospital.
“He just got out of surgery and his jaw was wired shut,” Caitlin wrote on a GoFundMe page launched to raise money for his medical bills.
