Why Are So Many World Leaders Refusing To Let Go of Macron’s Hand?

I don’t mean to make a federal case out of this, I’m just saying it’s SUPER weird!

World leaders are recently grabbing ahold of French President Macron’s hand (or sometimes finger) and simply refusing to let go.
