Whoopi Goldberg cast doubt on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s story about a “near catastrophic car chase” involving “aggressive” paparazzi on Tuesday night in New York City.
During Thursday’s episode of “The View,” Goldberg introduced the story by saying that “Prince Harry and Meghan Markle [and her mom Doria Ragland] were followed by paparazzi while leaving the Ziegfeld Theatre. Their spokesperson called it a ‘near-catastrophic car chase.’”
It was at that last line, that Goldberg made a skeptical expression, causing laughter from the audience.
