What If, After Pearl Harbor, We Opened Up Our Borders to Germany and Japan?

What if after Pearl Harbor we did not intern Japanese-Americans, but instead, opened up our borders to both legal and illegal immigration of Japanese nationals fully-indoctrinated the State Shinto religion and its sponsorship by the nationalistic political ideology of imperial Japanese expansion through war, justified by divine right of the emperor?

And what if once these indoctrinated Japanese national entered the country, regardless of if having done so legally or illegally, our leadership class aggressively implemented a policy of installing by appointment these emigres in our law enforcement, security, and intelligence agencies, our military, judiciaries, universities, and allowed money and influence deriving from Japan and its axis allies to support these new “citizens” (following
