Shocking police dashcam footage shows a Democrat gubernatorial candidate shouting curse words after getting arrested in just his underwear.
William “Mullins” McLeod, 53, is facing calls from his party to discontinue his campaign for Governor of South Carolina and focus on his mental health.
In the video, McLeod yelled, sometimes making incomprehensible statements, for about 30 minutes in the back of a police cruiser.

McLeod also referred to himself as “God” and “Superman.”
The footage occurred while he was being transported to a county jail.
The Charleston Police Department shared the footage with The Post and Courier, who first reported on the dashcam video days after McLeod became the first Democrat to enter the gubernatorial race.
