Former President Donald Trump is delivering remarks about crime and public safety in Howell, Michigan, as he hits battleground states to counter the Democratic National Convention.
Trump is expected to begin speaking at 3 p.m. from the pivotal swing state.

The former president will visit North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada in the coming days after holding a speech about the economy on Monday in Pennsylvania as part of his swing-state blitz. The DNC, which Trump is seeking to counter with these speeches, is scheduled to go through Thursday evening, when Vice President Kamala Harris will accept the Democratic nomination for president.
