During Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation hearing on Tuesday, far-left Democratic Senator Mazie Hirono asked Barrett if she had ever been accused of sexually assaulting someone.
“Since you became a legal adult, have you ever made unwanted requests for sexual favors or committed any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature?” Hirono bizarrely asked.
Believe it or not, this was not the most bizarre question that Barrett was asked during the hearing. At one point, Senator Cory Booker asked Barrett if she condemns white supremacy.
Barrett is the mother of two black children.
“I want to ask you very simply and I imagine you will give me a very short, resolute answer,” Booker said with a chuckle. “But you condemn white supremacy, correct?”
“Yes,” Barrett said with a confused look on her face.
Booker then took the opportunity to hammer President Donald Trump.
