UK Regulators Publish Draft Guidance on Digital Securities Sandbox Open to DLT


The Bank of England and Financial Conduct Authority are looking for feedback on their draft guidance for using a planned digital securities sandbox. Participants will be able to use the sandbox to test products and services based on distributed ledger technology.

The Bank of England (BoE) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) started a consultation on the draft guidance for their digital securities sandbox, which is designed to allow participants to test distributed ledger technology (DLT) in financial services.
