White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt assured that President Donald Trump has no plans to waste a second of the next four years, saying he achieved more in the last day than former President Joe Biden‘s four years of leadership.
Leavitt, who became the youngest White House press secretary at age 27, joked on Fox News’s Fox & Friends that her “binder is in her brain” and that she would not rely on scripted answers when speaking to the press, as the Trump White House has “truth on our side.” She also assured that the press and voters would get to hear from the president “once again,” including a Tuesday afternoon announcement that Trump is scheduled to make related to infrastructure.
