TRUMP: “We’ll be making cuts that will be permanent, & we’re only gonna cut Democrat programs, I hate to tell you.”

At his Cabinet Meeting today, President Trump revealed he will indeed be making large and permanent cuts to Government as a result of the Shutdown:

And he also confirmed the cuts will be ONLY Democrat programs:
