Congressional lawmakers are calling on President-elect Donald Trump to address national unity ahead of his inaugural address Monday after he is sworn in for a second term.
Trump spent much of the campaign trail railing against his enemies and saying he would seek retribution.
However, after decisively winning the election, Trump has signaled he may soften his stance on targeting his foes — although he has continued to excoriate his opponents, such as former Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney.
