President Donald Trump amplified the message of MAGA on Truth Social after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) announced his candidacy during an online Twitter Spaces event on Wednesday with Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk.
Trump wrote on Truth Social, “I know Ron. The way he handled his announcement, he will handle the Country!”
He also jabbed, “Is the DeSantis launch FATAL? Yes!”
On Wednesday night, Gov. DeSantis’s online Twitter Spaces launch hit a road bump when it was dogged by technical glitches. This prompted many people to joke that the DeSantis campaign had experienced a “failure to launch.”
“Tim Scott’s Presidential launch, even with the broken microphone (don’t pay the contractor, Tim!), was by far the best Presidential launch of the week,”
