President Donald Trump blasted NBC on social media after hearing rumors that the company extended late-night host Seth Meyers‘s contract.
“There is a sick rumor going around that Fake News NBC extended the contract of one of the least talented Late Night television hosts out there,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
NBC last renewed Meyers’s contract in 2024 to continue hosting Late Night with Seth Meyers through 2028, after his 10th anniversary hosting the show.

Trump said he will “definitely be finding out” the reason behind the Meyers’s rumored contract extension.
“He has no Ratings, Talent, or Intelligence, and the Personality of an insecure child,” Trump wrote. “So, why would Fake News NBC extend this dope’s contract.”
