Trump slams ‘jerk’ Sen. Rounds for defending 2020 election results


Former President Donald Trump rounded on Sen. Mike Rounds on Monday, calling him a “RINO” and “jerk” one day after the South Dakota Republican stood by the 2020 presidential election results. 

In an interview with ABC News‘ “This Week,” Rounds told host George Stephanopoulos that Trump “simply did not win the election.”

“While there were some irregularities, there were none of the irregularities which would have risen to the point where they would have changed the vote outcome in a single state,” he said.
