A Louisiana tourist was arrested for refusing a temperature check at Disney World, where he told a deputy he couldn’t be removed because he paid $15,000 for the family vacation, video shows.
The footage, released last week by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, shows Kelly Sills, 47, of Baton Rouge, being confronted by authorities at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World on Feb. 13.
“I spent $15,000,” Sills complains as he was being handcuffed after skipping the screening tent and then refusing to leave, the footage shows.
An onlooker can then be heard saying “all you had to do was get temperature checked.”
“You can’t trespass me for paying $15,000. If I take $15,000 from you, I can’t kick you out … Bring me to jail for 15 grand, I’m fine … in front of my kids, too, at Disney World,” Sills, who was staying at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, whines.
