Top Federal Prosecutor RESIGNS Over Indictment of Illegal Gang Member


A high-ranking federal prosecutor has just called it quits in response to the indictment of illegal MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

Ben Schrader resigned from his position as Chief of the Criminal Division in the Nashville U.S. Attorney’s office — where Garcia is being charged.

His resignation date was two weeks ago, which corresponded with the date Abrego Garcia was indicted.

Ben Schrader announced his resignation in a LinkedIn post:

Ben Schrader, chief prosecutor in the Nashville based U.S. Attorney’s Office, apparently resigned right around the time the Abrego Garcia indictment came down.
