A suspect is “down” in an active shooting situation that unfolded Tuesday morning in Maryland, police said.
The shooting occurred around 9 a.m. at a business called NicoLock Paving Stones on Progress Court in Frederick, Fox 45 in Baltimore reported.
“Currently there are two victims and one suspect is down,” Frederick police tweeted.

The network said a trooper was dispatched to pick up someone with a gunshot wound and Frederick SWAT team was also deployed.
