Supreme Court OKs President Trump’s Use of Wartime Law

The Supreme Court ruled that the Trump admin can use the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan migrants.

But there’s a catch.

It can come only after a court hearing.

And it requires those hearings to happen in Texas, not Washington.

So basically, they’re trying to delay further deportation flights.

In other words, President Trump needs to push back against this.
