The South Carolina doctor slain by former NFL player Phillip Adams penned a chilling essay about the day he “departs this body” shortly before the mass shooting — describing heaven as a “perfect” place where he will stroll alongside his wife.
Dr. Robert Lesslie, 70, shared the post with the administrator of the site where he often blogged shortly before he was killed along with three relatives at his home in Rock Hill, according to a post Thursday on his Facebook page.
