SHOCKING: Longtime Fox Host Discovers He Has Cancer During Live Segment


Longtime Fox anchor Mike Jerrick, who co-hosts Good Day Philadelphia, was shocked when he discovered he had skin cancer during a live broadcast.

The segment involved a discussion with dermatologist Dr. Joanna Walker, who was sharing signs of skin cancer.

As it turns out, a spot on Jerrick’s own elbow had all the signs. Dr. Walker diagnosed him right then and there with basal cell skin cancer.

Luckily, she explained that it is “very treatable” and not likely to spread. But, she noted that he should have it “cut and stitched” off as soon as possible.
