Sean Davis: ‘Strategically Incompetent’ Secret Service Left Trump Vulnerable In Butler By Design


The U.S. Secret Service undeniably failed to prevent the first assassination attempt against President Donald Trump at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. As Federalist CEO Sean Davis told Tucker Carlson on “The Tucker Carlson Show” on Friday, however, the shooting that injured the Republican leader and killed one of his supporters was not the product of mere bureaucratic clumsiness but “strategic incompetence.”

“Trump was deliberately left vulnerable,” Davis said. “I think that for a whole host of reasons. One, that I’m conscious and I’ve been alive.”
